Catering Questions, Answered

Ordering & Logistics

How many breakfast tacos per person should I order?

Order [2] to [3] breakfast tacos per person. Two is right for a morning meeting where people have eaten something at home, and for late-night service after a full dinner. Three is right when tacos are the entire meal — brunches, all-day trainings, and tailgates. Big appetite crowds and construction or early-shift breakfasts run closer to [3.5].

What is your minimum order?

Our catering minimum is [25] guests for drop-off and [40] for attended service. Under [25] people, order taco kits or trays from our to-go menu instead — same food, no minimum, ready for pickup or delivery.

How much does breakfast taco catering cost in Charlotte?

Drop-off breakfast taco catering starts at [$XX] per person, attended taco bar service at [$XX] per person, and late-night wedding service at [$XXX] plus [$XX] per guest. For comparison, most Charlotte corporate breakfast caterers price continental spreads around [$10–$14] per person and hot breakfast service higher. Tell us your per-head budget and we will build to it.

How far in advance should I book?

[48] hours for drop-off under [50] guests, [7] days for attended service or [100]-plus guests, and [6] to [12] months for peak-season Saturday weddings. Same-day is occasionally possible — call, do not email.

Do you deliver, and how far?

Yes. Delivery within [10] miles of [PICKUP ADDRESS] is included in catering pricing. Beyond that it is [$X] per mile. We regularly serve Uptown, South End, SouthPark, Ballantyne, University City, Matthews, Huntersville, Concord, Fort Mill, and Rock Hill.

Food & Dietary

Do you have vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options?

Yes, and we build them in at no extra cost. Papas con Rajas is vegetarian, Frijoles y Nopales is vegan, and we bring gluten-friendly corn tortillas alongside flour on every order. Give us your counts when you book and everything arrives clearly labeled.

Can you handle a severe allergy?

Call us and we will walk through it. Our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, soy, and pork, so we cannot promise a fully allergen-free environment — but we can prep and package individual meals separately when we know in advance.

How do you keep the food hot?

For attended service, tortillas are griddled to order on-site — nothing sits. For drop-off, hot components go into insulated chafing trays with fuel and cold components stay separate, so tortillas never get soggy. Everything holds well for about [90] minutes.

Do you serve anything besides breakfast tacos?

Yes. Al pastor, brisket, and carnitas tacos work at any hour, and we add elote, churro bites, breakfast quesadillas, aguas frescas, and coffee service. Breakfast tacos are our specialty, not our ceiling.

Payment & Policies

Can you invoice my company?

Yes. We accept PO numbers, provide a W-9 and certificate of insurance on request, and offer net-[30] terms for established corporate accounts. Card, ACH, and check all work.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel [X] business days out for a full refund of your deposit, [X] days for a [XX]% refund. Weddings follow the terms in your signed event agreement. Weather cancellations for outdoor events are handled case by case — we would rather reschedule than argue.

Is gratuity included?

No gratuity is added to drop-off orders. Attended and truck service includes a [XX]% service charge that goes to the crew working your event.
